Cincinnati - Day 2

Today we went to the Cincinnati Zoo and got some Don Pablos afterwards. Pics and vids are here.

Daddy’s little helper

Sara was nice enough to bring me two pairs of my Crocs to choose from before we went for a walk. “Which ones would you like to wear Daddy? The tan or the brown ones?”

New Shoes and Chair

Sara didn’t have much of a fever today and seemed to be feeling somewhat better. She wasn’t especially happy when we took her to get new shoes however. Sara did not like getting her feet measured at all. Daddy had to take her out of the store because she was upset. Next time we will just use one of the many printable shoe size charts available out there. (Here is one.)
Once we got Sara out of that store and her new shoes on, she was happy to try them out at Payne Park. Photos and video below. Also included are pics/vids of Sara dusting (she loves the duster almost as much as the broom) and her trying out her new P’Kolino Little Reader Soft Chair.

Dallas Jr.’s B-day Party

We went to Dallas Jr.’s 1 year birthday party today, but had to skip out early since Sara was extra fussy. She has a bit of a fever but no other symptoms. She has been putting her fingers in her mouth a good bit so we suspect she may have some molars trying to come through.
We didn’t a chance to get any real good pics of Sara and Dallas Jr. We’ll have to try another time. The rest of the pics are here.

Sweeping the driveway

Sara loves to sweep. She has an obsession for brooms. Grandma even has to hide the brooms at her house sometimes since Sara constantly wants to get the brooms out and have Grandma and her sweep. In the video below, Sara is outside trying to sweet the grass off the driveway.

The girls and their strollers

Frankenstein Screamer

Sara loves to exercise her vocal cords doing what we have labeled the “Frankenstein Screamer”. This is where she plays part in a game where we say “I’m gonna get ya” and she starts a fast paced walk away while screaming and holding her arms straight out in front. Video of that along with other vids and pics below.
